Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level 3D Generalist now exceeds $130,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). On top of that, you might not always have enough work to keep them busy, so you're paying for time you don’t really use. And let’s be real—one person can’t replace a whole team, so you end up paying more and getting less.
Maj3stic offers the same type of work for $47,940 a year, so you are saving more than 80K. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need without any legal work, to ensure you're only paying your 3D Designer when you have work available for them.
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
Designer will only work on one project for you at a time. This ensures that Maj3stic can give full attention and resources to this task, and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner. Once the designer completed the current task, he will send you the design for approval. In the meantime, he will start working on the next design, until you provide some feedback on the previous one.
Maj3stic will contact you to see if you'd like to jump on the subscription plan. If not, no worries! You can cancel the subscription without paying a single cent.
Maj3stic offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.
We also offer a 15 minutes call option, when we can discuss your needs.
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Maj3stic believes, that this subscription is a high quality service (from both design and communication perspective). Therefore, there are currently no refunds available. However, you can cancel this subscription at any time and resume.
