These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and clients entering into a service agreement with Maj3stic. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this website or our services.

Our services are provided exclusively for professional and commercial use.
2. Use of Services
Maj3stic provides custom sales enablement services, including but not limited to 3D visualization, animation, explainer videos, interactive assets, and campaign support.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful information
Use delivered assets responsibly and legally
Not use Maj3stic services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes
Maj3stic reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if misuse, illegal activity, or breach of agreement is identified.
3. Client Content & Materials
Clients retain full ownership of all materials they provide to Maj3stic, including brand assets, technical documentation, product data, and proprietary information.
By submitting materials, the client grants Maj3stic a limited, project-only right to use those materials solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
Maj3stic does not claim ownership over client-provided content and does not reuse it outside the scope of the project.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client receives full ownership of all final deliverables, including but not limited to:
3D assets, animations, videos, and visuals
Project files and source files
Designs, layouts, and production-ready materials
All intellectual property rights are fully transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Maj3stic retains no ownership or licensing rights over the final delivered work.
5. Confidentiality
All client materials, internal data, unreleased products, and proprietary information are treated as confidential.
Maj3stic will not disclose or share sensitive information without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Maj3stic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or downstream business outcomes resulting from the use of delivered assets.
Deliverables are provided “as is” and are intended as sales enablement and marketing tools, not guarantees of commercial performance.
